Heinz Timber Sale

Timber Sale Terms
1.) CUTTING AREAS (see map)
Harvest all trees over one inch in diameter except white pine.
2.) Unless a written extension is granted by the seller, all timber is to be paid for, and removed within 2 years of contract award date.
3.) A 15% deposit is to be paid at the time of the contract signing and all timber is to be paid for before any trees are cut(lump sum).
4.) Contract is to be signed within 1 month of bid opening.
5.) All roads, decking areas and skid trails must be leveled to there original condition.
6.) The Buyer must also show proof of liability insurance on his equipment and employees, and compliance with Wisconsin's Workers Compensation Statutes.
7.) Harvest must be conducted on frozen ground.
8.) Due to oak wilt restrictions, no harvesting will be allowed from April 15th to July 1st
9.) The landowner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
