WARRENS Timber Sale
Located in Section 26 T28N R19W St. Croix County Wisconsin (See Map)
Timber Sale Terms
1.) CUTTING AREAS (see map above)
Stand 2A: Harvest all orange trunk and stump marked trees; Also All Aspen, Elm/Ironwood, and all boxelder down to a 1” DBH. .
Stand 2B: Harvest all orange trunk and stump marked trees; Also All Aspen, Elm/Ironwood, and all boxelder down to a 1” DBH. and all dead standing and fallen hardwood trees for fuelwood.
-There is an option to purchase more boxelder on site.

Stand 2A: Harvest all orange trunk and stump marked trees; Also All Aspen, Elm/Ironwood, and all boxelder down to a 1” DBH. .
Stand 2B: Harvest all orange trunk and stump marked trees; Also All Aspen, Elm/Ironwood, and all boxelder down to a 1” DBH. and all dead standing and fallen hardwood trees for fuelwood.
-There is an option to purchase more boxelder on site.
2.) Unless a written extension is granted by the seller, all timber is to be paid for, and removed within 2 years of contract award date.
3.) A 15% deposit is to be paid at the time of the contract signing and all timber is to be paid for before any trees are cut(lump sum).
4.) Contract is to be signed within 1 month of bid opening.
5.) All roads, decking areas and skid trails must be leveled to there original condition.
6.) The Buyer must also show proof of liability insurance on his equipment and employees, and compliance with Wisconsin's Workers Compensation Statutes.
7.) Due to Oak Wilt restrictions, no cutting will be allowed from April 15, to August 15.
8.) The landowner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
9.) Soils must be extremely dry or frozen at the time of harvest.

I (We) have inspected the woodlands on the Warrens property, and do hereby offer to purchase marked timber for a lump sum of:
